Cette formation s’adresse aux professionnels de santé ayant déjà suivi un cursus complet en Entretien Motivationnel (6 jours) et souhaitant franchir une étape supplémentaire dans leur pratique.

Contrairement aux niveaux 1 et 2, centrés sur l’acquisition et la maîtrise des outils de l’EM, ce niveau 3 vise la fusion profonde entre l’expertise technique de l’Entretien Motivationnel et l’expertise disciplinaire propre à chaque professionnel de santé.

L’objectif n’est plus seulement de “savoir utiliser l’EM”, mais de se sentir pleinement légitime à utiliser l’oral comme un moyen de traitement à part entière au service du raisonnement clinique.

Ce niveau propose ainsi un espace de maturation professionnelle, dans lequel l’EM devient un prolongement naturel de la posture thérapeutique, au service d’une pratique plus sereine, cohérente et efficace.

Résumé des niveaux 1 et 2

Le cursus initial (niveaux 1 et 2) permet l’appropriation approfondie de l’esprit de l’Entretien Motivationnel (EM), reposant sur quatre piliers fondamentaux : le non-jugement, la collaboration, la promotion de l’autonomie et l’altruisme.

Cet esprit se traduit concrètement par l’usage intentionnel et conscient de techniques spécifiques (questions, reflets, dons d’information, silences, combinaisons) constituant les outils de l’EM.

L’EM propose également une stratégie de guidage, structurée autour d’un continuum de quatre tâches, permettant d’explorer l’ambivalence du bénéficiaire face à un changement de comportement susceptible d’améliorer sa santé :

  • la création d’une alliance thérapeutique,
  • la focalisation vers un objectif de changement,
  • l’évocation, centrée sur le travail motivationnel,
  • la planification du projet de changement.

La dignité de la personne humaine doit être respectée en toutes circonstances.

Dans le cadre de la formation continue, les organismes de formation peuvent proposer des enseignements au cours desquels les kinésithérapeutes sont amenés à réaliser ou recevoir des actes susceptibles de porter atteinte à l’intégrité du corps et à l’intimité de l’individu, notamment le toucher pelvien (vaginal ou rectal).

L’organisme de formation doit informer le kinésithérapeute préalablement à son inscription. Lors de la réalisation de ces actes son consentement doit être obtenu.

Le Conseil national de l’Ordre impose aux organismes de formation signataires de la charte déontologique de garantir à leurs stagiaires une alternative à ces pratiques, notamment par l’utilisation d’outils de simulation.
